Program catalogue
The catalogue below lists our current programs and typical durations. Each program uses a structured learning path with short modules and applied practice. Exercises focus on concrete workplace artefacts: meeting notes, stakeholder updates, task breakdowns, simple status reports, and lightweight planning routines. Where useful, we introduce working terminology (for example: stakeholder mapping, work breakdown structure, RACI, RAID log, and feedback loops) so learners can interpret common workplace language and apply it responsibly.
Selected programs include a certificate of completion. Certificates are issued for learning participation and completion criteria and are not government-recognized professional certifications. Participation does not guarantee employment, promotions, business outcomes, or financial results.
Business Administration Fundamentals
A practical foundation in day-to-day administration: documentation, basic process design, and routine operational workflows. Modules cover how to create clear records (meeting minutes, action lists), manage version control in shared documents, and write simple process notes that reduce ambiguity. Exercises include building a small SOP set and mapping a recurring workflow from trigger to completion.

Workplace Communication
Practice writing and speaking with clarity: updates, requests, feedback, and short presentations. The program teaches structure first (purpose, context, next step), then tone and concision. Exercises include rewriting unclear messages, drafting stakeholder updates, and preparing a short briefing with a simple slide outline.
Leadership Development
Leadership presented as repeatable routines rather than slogans: briefing work, delegation, decision records, and follow-through. Learners work with practical tools like a one-page brief, a recurring check-in agenda, and a feedback cadence. The focus is predictable clarity, not motivational hype.
Project Management Fundamentals
A grounded introduction to planning and delivery discipline. Learners build a lightweight work breakdown structure, define milestones, track dependencies, and maintain a simple RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, decisions). Exercises include writing a short scope statement, a basic timeline, and a recurring status update format suitable for non-technical teams.

Productivity & Organization
Build sustainable planning habits: weekly review, task triage, and meeting preparation. The programme is practical and unglamorous in the best way—simple planners and checklists that keep work moving. Learners practise prioritisation with constraints and learn how to close loops on small tasks.
Professional Skills Development Program
A structured pathway integrating communication, leadership, business administration, project management, and productivity. Learners build a small portfolio of workplace artefacts: templates, briefs, and planning routines that can be adapted to different roles and industries.
