Learning specialists who build practical, workplace-ready education
These profiles describe the educational contributors who shape our programs and workshops. Their role is curriculum design, learning support, and resource development—education only, delivered online for learners across Canada.
Scope note: Pigisakka B.V. does not provide consulting, legal, financial, accounting, recruitment, employment placement, healthcare, immigration, or regulated professional services.
How we design learning
Professional learning works best when it mirrors real work. Our specialists design lessons around common workplace artefacts and routines: meeting notes, stakeholder updates, task breakdowns, simple project plans, and personal planning systems. The aim is not to overwhelm learners with jargon, but to teach reliable patterns that can be applied immediately in an office, operations, retail admin, or remote team context.
Each program is structured as short learning units paired with applied exercises. Exercises are intentionally unglamorous: writing a clearer email, turning a broad request into a scoped task, choosing a suitable communication channel, or creating a lightweight RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, decisions). This helps learners practise judgement and clarity rather than memorising definitions.
Learner support focuses on understanding and application. Questions are handled in an educational context—clarifying course concepts, explaining examples, and helping learners navigate the material. Support does not include consulting on business decisions, legal matters, finances, hiring, immigration, or any regulated domain.
From outcomes to exercises
We start with the skill (for example, writing a concise status update), then design a worked example, a checklist, and a practice prompt. Learners repeat the pattern with their own context to build a transferable routine.
Clear scope and plain language
Materials are written for broad professional audiences. Any specialised terms are explained, and examples avoid regulated advice.
Designed for busy schedules
Lessons are organised into practical sessions so learners can make progress without needing long, uninterrupted hours.
Support that stays educational
Guidance addresses course content, examples, and exercises. We can help interpret an assignment prompt or suggest which module to revisit, but we do not advise on business, hiring, legal, financial, or compliance decisions.
Downloadable materials
Templates and planners are built to be editable and reusable. They support practice, not certification or licensure.
Live facilitation
Workshops are designed around agendas, guided participation, and short exercises, with time reserved for questions about the learning material.

Priya S. — Business Administration Educator (M.Ed.)
Priya designs modules that turn everyday admin work into repeatable systems. Over the last 9 years, she has focused on documentation habits: meeting minutes that actually get used, process notes that survive staff changes, and simple reporting that reduces back-and-forth. She is known for teaching “minimum viable process”—enough structure to make work reliable without making it bureaucratic. In workshops, she uses quick exercises like turning a messy email thread into a one-page decision record.
Daniel R. — Communication Instructor (MA, Applied Linguistics)
Daniel builds communication lessons around structures that make messages easier to read: purpose-first openings, clear requests, and decision-ready summaries. For the past 11 years, he has taught professional writing and presentation skills for mixed-experience groups. He is particularly good at diagnosing why a message creates confusion—missing context, unclear ownership, or an unspoken assumption—and turning that into a short checklist learners can reuse. His favourite teaching tool is a “two-sentence brief” that forces clarity.
Morgan T. — Leadership Development Specialist (PGCert, Leadership)
Morgan’s modules focus on routines that make leadership predictable: setting expectations, running short check-ins, and documenting decisions. Over the past 10 years, Morgan has developed learning materials that translate “soft skills” into observable behaviours—how to brief a task, how to delegate with boundaries, and how to close a feedback loop. Learners often mention the practical tools: a one-page delegation brief, a meeting cadence planner, and a simple “decision log” format for teams.
Elena V. — Professional Learning Advisor (B.Ed.)
Elena helps shape learning pathways across programs so learners can pick a sensible sequence rather than collecting random modules. For the last 8 years, she has worked on programme structures, assessment prompts, and learner support content. She specialises in clarifying outcomes: what a learner should be able to do after a week, not just what they should have read. Elena is known for practical planning tools—weekly study schedules and “next lesson” decision trees that keep momentum without pressure.
